Hamlet, Prince of Denmark, has been acting a little strange lately. It started when his father died while he was away at school. On top of that, his Mother married his Father’s brother, and now his Uncle is King. If that wasn’t enough, the ghost of his father returns to tell Hamlet it was his Uncle who murdered him and wants the Prince to get revenge. Now, Hamlet has to decide if the ghost is real, or if he is as crazy as everyone thinks he is. Shakespeare’s masterpiece has a little bit of everything; sword fights, breakups, murders, frenemies, poisonings, plays within plays, existential brooding, some of the most profound speeches in the canon, and one very famous skull. This brisk, ninety-minute production unfolds at breakneck speed an will sweep you up in the court intrigue of the Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark.
