TICKET MAILING AND WILL CALL
Ticket orders received less than 10 days before the performance will be emailed or held at will call. Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to the start time of the performance to pick up will call tickets. Tickets will only be released to the patron who ordered the tickets unless prior notice is given to the box office of your designee. Photo ID may be required.
CHILDREN, FAMILIES & INFANTS
Due to fire code, all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry. This includes infants. Our box office staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding child-appropriate performances.
DOORS & SEATING
Lobby doors and box office open approximately 90 minutes prior to the announced show time. The Grand Hall doors open 30 minutes prior to most performances. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of management during an appropriate pause in the program.
LOST OR MISPLACED TICKETS
If you can’t find your tickets, visit or call the box office at 859.622.7469 for a reprint. Picture ID may be required.
Checks returned for insufficient funds will have a $25 service fee.
All sales are final and may not be refunded or exchanged. However, due to the nature of the performing arts, programs and artists are subject to change. Refunds are given ONLY in the case of an event cancellation or date change. Promotional offers and discounted tickets may be offered throughout the year. Tickets purchased at full price prior to a promotional period are not eligible for a refund of the difference in ticket price. By purchasing tickets early and at regular price, patrons receive priority seating and provide greater financial support to the EKU Center for the Arts.
In the event of a performance cancellation or rescheduling, purchases on a credit card will be refunded to the original card on which the purchase was made. Purchases made by cash or check must be handled manually and could require two or more weeks to process. Eastern Kentucky University will mail a check to the purchaser once the refund is processed.

TICKETS PURCHASED BY THIRD PARTIES
The ONLY safe place to purchase tickets to EKU Center for the Arts events is from the EKU Center box office in one of two ways: online through official websites (EKUCenter.com or Etix.com) or by phone at 859.622.7469. Other websites and phone services are operated by third-party, unauthorized ticket resellers. When purchasing through these resale brokers, you will pay substantially more than the face value of the tickets.
Tickets purchased from an unauthorized source may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or in violation of resale policies and if so, are VOID. EKU Center for the Arts strongly discourages the purchase of tickets from unauthorized sources and reminds you that scalping a ticket is illegal in the state of Kentucky (see KRS 518.070). We encourage you to protect yourself and always purchase tickets through the authorized ticket agents listed above.
We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased elsewhere, and therefore, admittance to a performance is not guaranteed. At a minimum, we may void tickets in question and bar such violators from the use of the venue and any services of EKU Center for the Arts. The sale of tickets on EKU Center for the Arts property (including parking lots and entrance roads) is also strictly prohibited. Violators will be considered trespassers and be asked to leave grounds immediately.
