UNUSED TICKETS (Donations and Exchanges)
If you are unable to attend a performance, you may return your ticket(s) at least two business days prior to the performance for a tax-deductible contribution to the EKU Center. Tickets that are returned after that time or after the performance are not eligible for exchanges or donation.
Tickets may be exchanged once for a $10 fee per order. Exchanged tickets must be received by the box office (by mail or in person) at least two business days prior to the performance. The value of the tickets may be applied to another EKU Center performance within the current season only; does not include special events. You may designate any unused credits as a tax-deductible contribution to the Center.

Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs and artists are subject to change. Refunds are given ONLY in the case of an event cancellation or date change. Promotional offers and discounted tickets may be offered throughout the year. Tickets purchased at full price prior to a promotional period are not eligible for a refund of the difference in ticket price. By purchasing tickets early and at regular price, patrons guarantee priority seating and provide greater financial support to the EKU Center for the Arts.

In the event of a performance cancellation or rescheduling, purchases on a credit card will be refunded to the original card on which the purchase was made. Purchases made by cash or check must be handled manually and could require two or more weeks to process. Eastern Kentucky University will mail a check to the purchaser once the refund is processed.

All tickets purchased online are subject to a convenience fee. No convenience fees are charged when purchasing tickets in person or by phone during EKU Center box office’s regular hours of operation.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry. Our box office staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding child-appropriate performances.
